I hired Tiago to put in some basement flooring and to bulld an outside patio. He was one of the best contractors I ever worked with. He was on time, did excellent work, was very detsil oriented and thorough (imcluding cleaning everything perfectly) and his pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend his work. Tiago Iram did a wonderful job on our bulkhead. I have been looking for someone to fix a leaking door and rusting side walls for a long time. Everyone who looked at it said they could not do it unless they removed the whole unit, which I couldn’t afford.
Tiago fixed it in two visits and at a very reasonable price. He is polite and professional as well. I highly recommend his work.
