Building a new house creates a rush of excitement mixed with anxiety. It's such a huge investment! Luckily, I chose Richard as our builder. He kept me informed of the process with photos all along the way. No question was too stupid or detail too small for his attention. If an issue cropped up, I received solutions and costs for how to remedy. I felt I had someone I could trust so I could worry less and marvel at the house as it became my home. Richard and his son Jacob worked tirelessly on finishing the inside carpentry with precision. The fireplace stonework is a work of art. We used premium Hardie cement siding with stone accents so my house really stands out in the neighborhood and will last. I appreciate the walkway with the shrubs and plantings as a beautiful finishing touch. Richard is fair and honest. His diverse skills and many years of experience will make you confident that your project is in the best hands possible. Theresa
