- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The business itself is complicated as it is, that I don't want to completely lose my customer in deciphering the bill. I charge a flat rate per hour plus parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently NATE certified in Heating & Air Conditioning service & installation. Although Heating and Air conditioning seems simple, there are always changes and updates to current trade that you need to stay on top of. I will always look out for new classes or certifications to maintain the most up to date techniques on services I provide.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had an interest in this trade and wanted to establish a secondary career.
