Once the problem has been diagnosed, we provide options before any work is performed. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

We start by listening to your concerns and gathering information about the problem. Next, we perform a thorough electrical diagnostic to determine the root cause. We then explain our findings in plain language, review available repair or upgrade options, and complete the work once approved. Our goal is to leave every customer with a safe, reliable electrical system and a clear understanding of the work performed.

Colonial Electric is a licensed and insured Massachusetts electrical contractor.
