- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and competitive in my trade. it's doing what you say at the price you set!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
starting with the first phone call, they deal with me from beginning to end. we talk to set a time for an estimate, I go there show them different options, and how product differs from others and of course what's in the budget. high end or lower end materials . it's all up to the customer. I just through out suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
it's all experience with me. been in the trade for 20 years and I learned from in old timer who took pride in their work!
