I’m delighted to say, Lisa’s Cleaning service was perhaps one of the top tier experiences we’ve had with cleaning services. In addition to their punctuality, prompt follow ups and breakdown of pricing estimates ahead of starting cleaning, the ladies were very insistent on paying the utmost attention to details. In peak season, in the middle of a bustling city like Boston, they exuded professional exceptionalism by doing more than what was asked. For instance, I can still recall how the ladies had separated my clothing from my partners and took care to fold each item, or hang items based on the material, occasion based outfits (formal vs casual vs business attire etc.) I also recall quite fondly how they left beautifully folded towels in our bathroom. This is the level of exceptional work that puts Lisa’s cleaning service at the top of my list. Thanks ladies!
