- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on volume, labor, and type of materials. I always provide upfront estimates before starting any work. If items are already placed outside or easily accessible, I can reduce labor costs and pass along savings. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick message or call to understand what needs to be removed. I then provide a clear estimate based on photos or description. On arrival, I confirm pricing, complete the removal, and handle all lifting, loading, and cleanup so the customer does not have to do anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work in residential cleanouts, construction cleanup, and hauling. Over time I’ve developed strong systems for safely moving heavy items, efficiently loading trucks, and properly disposing or recycling materials.
