- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very customizable! All our moves include dull cycle move, assembly/disassembly, and protective furniture padding. Most other services are optional. Pack your boxes and save some money or add professional packing, save time, and don't worry about the safety of your most fragile items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect with every new customer over the phone to discuss their moving project, collect inventory and discuss what services fit their needs best. When scheduled for a move, we keep up the support with additional contact at least a day before the scheduled date and with any updates about arrival time or other details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every new crew member goes through special training guided by our crew leaders and most tenured drivers. Every team member is trained to pack and safely move household goods and special bulky items.
