Andre and his team did an amazing job on our deck rebuild, extension, adding screening underneath the deck, building in a drainage system, as well as building a foundation and shed in our yard. We were kept updated throughout the project regarding changes, budgets, additional tasks. The team worked diligently, friendly, and timely. We will absolutely reach out for future projects.

We wish we could give more than 5 stars. We had an amazing experience with Avila Construction. They were very responsive right upon us reaching out on Thumbtack. They came within a couple days to look at our deck project. Within 48 hours, they provided us with a professional proposal including two design options and a reasonable/honest quote. They completed a full deck rebuild in just about one week. Communication was always prompt and professional. The team was extremely reliable and showed up when they said they would, and were very detail oriented. We are so happy with our deck and look forward to working with Avila Construction again soon.

We can't say enough good things about Andre and his crew. They impressed us every day. Andre would come to our house frequently, to make sure he had all the information he needed, and to keep things moving on the project. He was responsive to our requests, and offered his perspective appropriately. (Sometimes contractors won't tell you what they think, and sometimes they try too hard to convince you that you should do what they think you should do! He was perfect.) If something went wrong (like if he was sold a defective part), he was totally calm and fixed it right away. They did great work and were a pleasure to work with. Andre is very personable and has a great sense of humor. We can't believe we were lucky enough to find him!
