We were very pleased with our service. A repair person came out the day after our request, ordered the part, and returned as soon as they had the part in stock. Communication was excellent. The job was well done. We would use Cityscape again for appliance repair.

Paul from Cityscape was great!!!!! He responded to my initial repair request within 24 hours. He arrived on time (even with lots if snow in the ground) and assessed the issue and explained everything thoroughly. Paul even wore shoe covers so he wouldn't bring in any salt and snow from outside. He answered all of our many questions and even looked at at a couple of other problem items in our kitchen. He's super knowledgeable on many different appliances. Parts were ordered and shortly repaired our stove top issue. Definitely will use again for any future appliance repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts and promotions from time to time. Feel free to ask us what discounts you might qualify for! Our repairs are based on the national price book for appliance repair. We are a flat rate company and we waive the service charge with every repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact/greeting
2. Diagnose unit and provide quote
3. Take deposit for repair and wave service charge
4. Check inventory for part
5. Order anything not in inventory needed to complete repair
6. Complete repair and collect remaining deposit and check for full function of unit
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac/r which had an extensive electrical program to help with diagnosing units. Also was trained by major manufactures of the appliance industry directly.
