- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts and promotions from time to time. Feel free to ask us what discounts you might qualify for! Our repairs are based on the national price book for appliance repair. We are a flat rate company and we waive the service charge with every repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact/greeting 2. Diagnose unit and provide quote 3. Take deposit for repair and wave service charge 4. Check inventory for part 5. Order anything not in inventory needed to complete repair 6. Complete repair and collect remaining deposit and check for full function of unit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac/r which had an extensive electrical program to help with diagnosing units. Also was trained by major manufactures of the appliance industry directly.
