Nick installed our kitchen backsplash tile and bathroom tile floor, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nick is that rare combination of technical precision + artistic eye + genuinely great human being. He absolutely nailed the science side—measuring, cuts, alignment, clean lines—but where he really separates himself is the artistry. The layouts are beautiful, intentional, and balanced. Nothing feels rushed or slapped together. This is craftsmanship, not assembly-line tile work. What really stood out was how thoughtful and communicative he was throughout the entire process. Nick took the time to explain tile offsets, spacing options, and design trade-offs in plain English (not contractor mumbo-jumbo). Nick & crew did an incredible job on our kitchen floor and backsplash! From day one he was incredibly responsive, informative, and committed to providing the best quality work and service. When our original LVT started breaking upon installation due to poor product quality, Nick advised us on a better brand and made sure to get the job done in a timely manner despite the setback.
