- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of the project. We provide free estimates and always explain all costs upfront — no surprises. We do our best to work within your budget while maintaining top-quality materials and workmanship. Discounts may be available for larger projects or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you already know what service you need — like a system replacement or installation — we offer a free estimate based on the scope of work. We’ll assess the job, explain your options, and send a detailed quote at no cost. However, if you’re experiencing issues and need a troubleshooting visit (for example: no heat, AC not working, water leak, etc.), a service fee will be charged to cover the diagnostic time and expertise. This fee is always discussed upfront. Once the scope is clear, we schedule the job and handle everything with professionalism and transparency from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training and ongoing field experience in HVAC, plumbing, and construction services. We are constantly learning and staying updated with the latest technology and best practices in the industry. We’re also working toward full licensing and certifications in Massachusetts.
