I am a long time Thumbtack user. And as always I get great Technicians to do the jobs that I need to have done. Ralph was very responsive from the start! Called me as soon as I sent the request. Very polite Curteous..... I pleasure to do business with, we agreed on a day and time. He should up as he said he would. Ralph and his helper Miguel did a great job installing new faucet and soap dispenser! Extremely polite and very good commentator. And very fair priced as well, not like alot of other plumbers. That look to take advantages of customers. You could tell by phone and in person that he is a genuine person. Thanks Again, Thumbtack You guys hire good service people and companies.
