This is my first time working with personal trainers and Ryan and Jessey were the BEST! I live in Oregon, but I came to Massachusetts to visit family and thought I’d get some good training done while I was here. They did not disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call. Lost a total of 9 lbs in the month I was there with their guidance! Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Hello! I had worked out @ Crossclimb for about 2 and half months in 2020. I was successfully able to loose 2 percent body fat in such a short period. I also ended up increasing muscle in my legs and upper body which is what I wanted. Ryan and Jesse (Trainers) are wonderful people to work with and they truly can help you achieve the goals you may have set.

Ryan has been my personal trainer for more than 6 months.I have seen amazing results and he is always motivating. He puts program for you and you follow and he has unique machines all that help with weight loss and also follows up with your diet and make sure your on the right track I really encourage anyone if they are looking for a body transformation to contact Ryan and they will see positive results for sure .

Ryan offerred a free trial, which I think is fabulous. Not only did the trial include a 1-hour full-body workout (with his personal attention the entire time), Ryan also spent a full 2 hours discussing his workout program, nutrition, calculated % body fat and how his program would meet my fitness goals. This is way more than I expected for a free trial session! I signed up and am really looking forward to working with Ryan, who is very personable & motivating in a very encouraging way. Besides the workout, clients will email Ryan their food log & get feedback. The price cannot be beat for this type of dedicated personal trainer! I highly recommend Ryan's services.

    I can get my price down to $45 / session if a committment of 3x / week. I offer online personal training sessions as well.

    For those who qualify, I offer a FREE 3 hour trial in which we do a consultation on goals, nutrition, a fitness evaluation, and training session. All for free just to see if you like it!
