Diana has helped me to transform my health and fitness level, and shown me the importance of changing my life. I have known Diana for years, but it wasnt until recently I asked for her support. I was determined to lose weight after the holiday season in the beginning of 2013, so I asked Diana for advice on diet and exercise. She helped me to rework my diet focusing on macro-nutrients and timing of meals. Diana also encouraged me to find activities that I enjoy doing to stay active and enhance my quality of life. During the summer Diana and I hiked every week to improve both of our fitness levels. She encouraged me to push myself by taking the more challenging path and leading us at a faster pace. We also participated in several runs this summer including the Ruckus and Diva Dash in Marshfield. I love the way Diana helps me to work the activities I love into my life. Diana has a way of showing me my full potential and inspiring me to push myself. Since requesting Dianas support, I have reached my goal weight and have been maintaining for several months now. I have adopted a healthy lifestyle and couldnt be happier with the encouragement she has given me. Diana is not only an amazing trainer, but is able to give clients the support they need to succeed.

I always read online. I also keep up with my NSCA certification which requires personal and professional development.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to help people. I have always been a people pleaser so I strive to give my clients a great experience. I saw the Biggest Loser and fell in love with everything Jillian Michaels did on the show..I knew it was something I wanted to do. I just want people to live the best version of themselves.. When people focus on making their health a priority, the rest of their life (relationships, career, family, confidence etc) flourishes. I truly believe that.
