- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house is different. If there are grids on the windows it will always take 3x longer or more. Its very critique work and time leaves a better looking window so plan to pay a little more than your neighbors may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take contact information, then meet with the client for an estimate and consult, supply contract, set and receive deposit to reserve the man power and scheduled days of work, and then upon finishing the project we ask invoice be paid upon receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of training with Osha and with state guidlines and regulations. We attend many training courses yearly to keep up to date with our saftey and rescue guidlines.
