Scheduling – Once you’re ready, we schedule a cleaning at your convenience—most first-time visits are booked within a few days. 4. On-Site Visit – We arrive on time, conduct a full cleaning, check equipment, test water parameters (if needed), and make sure your tank looks and feels healthy again. 5.
