Communication was excellent, Craig contacted me at every point in the process: from picking up materials to his arrival time. When work was completed, he made sure everything was in working order before leaving, even calling manufacture to troubleshoot an issue and advocate for resolution on my behalf. He took away the old unit/parts and cleaned up all materials. Easy booking, fast response, quality work, and great value. I’d hire again. Craig was a pleasure.

I wish I could choose all the reasons why Nick of Time HVAC was a great choice. I had a simple maintenance I wanted performed on my central air unit, and some questions about my whole house humidifier. Craig was easy to talk to and really knew what he was talking about. The maintenance was done within two days of me putting it on Thumb Tack, and was very reasonably priced. I will absolutely contact him again when I’m ready to fix the humidifier. I highly recommend them.
