I had a complicated job with installing pvc pipe and crawling into a very small space. Craig did an excellent job. He was professional, had great work ethic, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking to get work completed in their homes.

I contacted Nick of time Hvac on thumbtack and Craig responded quickly. My old oil hot water heater had broken for the 3rd time in a month despite other repairmen’s efforts. It’s been running smoothly since Craig’s repairs. First off, I was impressed by his flexibility in meeting my demanding & busy schedule which I was upfront with. That wasn’t a problem for him. Secondly, my repair was complex. There were multiple things wrong, but he figured it out and didn’t overcharge me despite his extra time invested. After repairing my water heater, I requested maintenance on my oil furnace. That request was fulfilled within 1 week of my request even though it wasn’t a dire situation. Without asking, he even tightened my doorknob, which was profound to me because it was one less thing that I needed to accomplish on my own. As a single mother and homeowner of a child in college and another in daycare, I appreciate someone like Craig. He is reliable, hardworking and seasoned in his field. I highly recommend Nick of time Hvac to all. I am convinced that any negative reviews about this business must come from people with super high expectations that thrive on micromanaging and demeaning people. This is thumbtack. Hire a seasoned company if you are that type. Otherwise, I promise Craig will meet your expectations 100%. Personally, I am glad I ignored negative outliers. My hvac needs in my house went from so stressful to zero issues. He is now my go-to guy on speed dial if future problems arise.

I wish I could choose all the reasons why Nick of Time HVAC was a great choice. I had a simple maintenance I wanted performed on my central air unit, and some questions about my whole house humidifier. Craig was easy to talk to and really knew what he was talking about. The maintenance was done within two days of me putting it on Thumb Tack, and was very reasonably priced. I will absolutely contact him again when I’m ready to fix the humidifier. I highly recommend them.

One of my AC unit was not running and I called a company and scheduled me for 5 days to check it which was difficult to stay with out AC for days . I decided to try other option and I found Nick of time HAVC online . He replied so quickly and Just arrived home with zero minute delay . It was changing the capacitor and fixed it quickly and correctly . Craig is very friendly guy make you feel you know him for long time . Gave me a lot of advices in relation to my AC system and answered questions I had.He is professional and easy going guy . He don’t exaggerate or make you feel nervous about the issue before figured out like some technicians do . I will definitely call them again if something happens again .
