FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, fair, and based on three simple factors: the size of the area, the severity of the situation, and how much there is to remediate. Because every project is unique, we always start with a 100% Free Visual Inspection and an estimate to give you a number to think about. While we do offer helpful add-ons like professional indoor air quality testing, we will walk you through those options in person during your inspection—no pressure, just honest recommendations to help you make the best choice for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish The Initial Call: We start with a quick phone consultation to learn about your situation. We’ll discuss where the mold is located, when you first noticed it, and the general size of the space. The Free On-Site Inspection: Next, we schedule an in-person visit. Once on-site, we thoroughly inspect the situation, identify the source of the problem, and map out the absolute best plan of action for your property. The Walkthrough & Review: While looking at the areas of concern with you, we will go over exactly what is needed, explain our safe, eco-friendly product options, and answer any questions you have right then and there. Your Detailed Quote: After the walkthrough, we head back to the office, write up a comprehensive, transparent quote, and email it directly to you so you have a clear number to review!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While the state of Massachusetts does not require a universal license for mold remediation, our expertise at AllStar is built on years of rigorous, hands-on field experience. Before taking over ownership of the company, our lead specialist worked directly under the previous owner for years, mastering industry-proven protocols for containment, air safety, and eco-friendly remediation. We combine this extensive local experience with modern diagnostic tools, including advanced indoor air quality testing, to ensure your property is treated with the highest level of professional precision and care.
