Reasonable prices with free estimates....My quote may increase or decrease after viewing the job in person. Customers should also remember their paying for knowledge along with time and material on all size jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Viewing the job......Giving an accurate estimate....getting the correct material.....then performing the job. Certain smaller jobs this is a one day process....Larger jobs may take two or more days to perform.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of plumbing night school at Smith Vocational High School. (Northampton Ma) 3 years of performing apprentice working hours under a Master Plumber.
