- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a new teacher of secondary school social studies I was stressed with neck and backache. So I returned to yoga and found relief. Several years later after completing two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings I felt both career paths, teaching yoga and teaching school, were all involving. I needed to choose. Since leaving my stable job to become self-employed as a yoga teacher, I haven't looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach group classes, individual 1/2 hour and hour long classes, and both teach and host workshops and teacher trainings.
