My experience with Ben from North end Appliance repair was fantastic. He arrived on time and was incredibly polite and professional from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed it efficiently. He even took the time to put a clamp on a loose hose to prevent a future problem. He was respectful of my home, and I appreciated his clear communication and great attitude. Will definitely hire him again if I needed help with any appliances in the future.
