We used Lets Play Events & Rentals for balloon dcor during a special sales event at our dealership, and they did an excellent job! They were professional, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job matching our theme and branding. The setup looked great and really helped create an exciting atmosphere for our customers.What impressed us most was the quality, the balloons lasted well over a week and still looked amazing. Sue is extremely professional and cares deeply about the work she delivers. She is so attentive to customers inquiries and requests. When I first reached out to her, she responded to my message within a couple hours and we talked on the phone that same day. She really made me feel heard when I was explaining to her what I was looking for and at that moment I knew I found the right person to help me with my wedding shower. A lot of vendors in this industry tend to not give you much of their time and attention, as they do this type of work all the time. Which can make customers feel very disregarded.. I can say that this is not the experience I had with Sue. She was very patient, caring, interesting and engaging throughout all of our conversation. The customer service was excellent! To make it perfect, her work was spot on! She literary deliver my vision to the tea! I could not recommend her enough for your next especial event. Thank you again for everything Sue!
