I have a business of about 20 employees so like most small business owners, HR was always an area that I would consider us lacking. I originally reached out to Trusted HR to be advised on a somewhat complicated employee issue and instantly felt comfortable taking the advice from Miguel. It was very clear to me that he was a true professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Since then, anything having to do with HR runs through Trusted and it has been such a stress relief. We went from being somewhat lost with all things HR to now feeling confident that any issue is handled the correct way. Prices are more than reasonable and worth every penny for the value. I am now having them revamp (more like create) our HR policies from onboarding, employee issues, benefits, terminations, and everything in between. Trusted HR is a MUST for small businesses!!
