Bob Beck did a great job instructing our small class! He was informative and interesting throughout the entire course. He presented the concepts simply so that we all could understand and become comfortable with performing CPR and using an AED device. He also gave us advice on what to do in an actual trauma situation as far as recruiting others from a crowd to help out, and told us stories of real-world examples based on his experiences in the field. He had no problem answering our numerous questions. I thought I would feel nervous to have to actually use my training even after learning, but after his course I actually feel confidently prepared should a situation arise where I would need to perform CPR! Bob Beck is professional but also down-to-earth, and our whole group enjoyed having him here to teach us.

Our child care needs to be re-certified in CPR/FirstAid every other year. We have been in business since 1980 and have had many, many different instructors. Bob was the best, by far, of any of the past presenters. His information on updates was clear and easy to understand, his demonstrations were helpful and his real life stories made the process entertaining. We all came away more confident than we have in the past knowing that if an emergency arises we are well trained to handle it. Bob arrived early, but was not disruptive to our schedule, set up his equipment and struck up a conversation with one of our parents discussing who they each knew - it is a small world. We would highly recommend Bob if you need CPR/FirstAid/AED training. We will be contacting him again in two years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions so we can tailor a class for the group so they can get the best possible training in an informative and comfortable environment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience as a career Firefighter/EMT and as an Instructor so I can combine both and use my street experience answering 911 calls with 30 years of classroom teaching CPR .
