- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and I’m here to make an honest living. I do every quote like it’s my first. What I mean by that is I check what the materials cost the same time frame is I bid the job. Today’s materials are very volatile and giving you the best price means no flat rates for anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what needs to be done and sending you the free quote within a few business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of trade school with continuing education every 3 years as well as 16+ years in the trade.
