- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Addario’s, we use what’s called “Upfront Flat-Rate Pricing.” This means pricing is based on the average time, labor, materials, expertise, overhead, and responsibility required to complete a specific task properly and professionally — not simply how long a technician happens to be in your home. After nearly 30 years in business, we’ve found this to be the most efficient, transparent, and fair way to serve our customers. Flat-rate pricing allows homeowners to know the cost before work begins, helping eliminate surprises and giving clients the ability to make informed decisions comfortably. We also proudly offer discounts for: • Seniors • Veterans • First Responders In addition, our Membership Plan provides added value and protection for homeowners, including: • 15% off service repairs • Two complimentary visual safety/system inspections per year • Priority scheduling/service • No emergency service fees for members Our goal is to provide professional service, clear communication, and long-term value while helping keep your home safe and comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to the homeowner’s concerns, goals, or the specific issues they are experiencing. Our office team gathers important information about the home, equipment, and scheduling needs so we can dispatch the right technician or comfort advisor for the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service experts are licensed in their respective trades or are registered apprentices actively working toward their licensing requirements through hands-on field training and continuing education. Our team includes licensed plumbing and HVAC professionals who are trained in diagnostics, installation, repairs, safety procedures, code compliance, and modern equipment technologies. We also invest in ongoing manufacturer training, safety education, and industry updates to ensure our technicians stay current with evolving products, systems, and industry standards.
