Nykolas was great! The review system only allows you to select 3 from the list of what you like (work quality, value, professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness). I would have selected all 5, if it had allowed me to. I sent my inquiry yesterday & today he showed up promptly at 10:00 am to clean my carpets. He worked quickly & showed me a video of him pouring the dirty carpet water into my toilets, so I know he was doing the job I had asked him to do. He was friendly and took time to greet my dogs & show them some love. I would definitely use him again.
