Introduction: I make 100% peanut- and tree-nut-free cakes, cupcakes and cake pops for all occasions. My daughter has severe peanut and tree nut allergies, so you can be sure that my kitchen is completely free of these allergens, and I check all my ingredients for cross-contamination issues. Of course, you do not need to have an allergy to enjoy my creations! All confections are custom made by appointment only. Check out my website for a gallery of cakes. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know the number of servings that you need for your event. Always write out your cake inscription and double check all spelling. If you have a food allergy, be sure to ask if all products are free of that allergen. Are the ingredients processed in a factory with that allergen? How is cross contamination avoided?
