- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like tell them a little about myself and the company and make it clear in no way do I pressure or use fear tactics to sell anything. I use my experience and knowledge of what problem or project they have to educate them to make the best possible choice for them for the solutions I provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my journeyman plumbing license and my master plumbing license I also have osha 30 and all safety certifications related to plumbing. I also have taco system and control certification. Also hydronic system design certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a neighborhood that was full of plumbers so once I graduated high school one of them took me under his wing and I never looked back.
