Be honest if you cannot come out in an hour, don’t say you hope to come out in an hour and also never respond or give any indication that you won’t be able to come at all. I Called at 9 am and he said he’d come out as soon as possible but by 2 pm did not call me back or text me back. At least say sorry we cannot complete the job instead of leaving us hanging.
