They were super responsive when we put the request out they showed up exactly on time. they worked around our schedule and immediately solved the problem we had with our leaky refrigerator. Did a thorough job to try to fix a common problem with a 5-yr old kitchenAid dishwasher (drain pump error). Explained the whole process and suggested spending $400-450 for repair part and labor was probably not worth it and suggested I should consider a new dishwasher. Overall, felt like they cared about the job and did try to fix it. Impressed with the professionalism and knowledge.
