they came out very quickly...almost first thing on Monday morning. It wasn't a real emergency but was taken care of quickly. I don't know the price of things these days, but expect it was a normal price. he found the problem quite easily.

Super easy scheduling, arrived within the stated window, diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on plus some notes on other things to keep an eye on. Prices were fair. Would def hire again!

JETFIX was very responsive and was able to answer my questions regarding my pump. They got straight to work, diagnosed the problem (my drain pump was clogged) and were able to fix it in less than an hour. Now it works like a charm!

had a good experience with Jetfix and John. John came over within an hour to look at our washer. He did determine that the repair would cost more than a new unit and we really appreciated the transparency! if we have any other repair jobs in the future we would absolutely call John again.

If customer decided to work with us we are giving very reasonable price and military , teacher , student ,discount will apply . Service call will deduct from total Labor cost .!
