FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is something I fake very seriously. It is my main goal to provide and affordable service, I'm not running charity but the last thing I would EVER want is for someone to think I overcharged them. I would rather be upset that I undercharged myself and live with the consequence then puts a bad taste in someones mouth. I found the best way to price is to give an hourly rate and a also a bid for the whole job then once the job is done, I charge whatever is cheaper the bid or the hourly rate. People seem to like this method.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's what I have always been good at. Cleaning things, fixing things, building and taking apart things
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Pressure washing gutters. Houses, decks, concrete you name it. I can install sump pumps, run electrical wiring for outlets lights etc. The only thing I have never really had much interest in was painting.
