What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 new client discount when hired on 1st job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an text/e-mail exchange to setup a call. We chat over the phone about the project, review any construction documents (if available). We then provide an estimate based off of info provided. We may require a site-visit prior to submitting any estimates. Eventually we will meet on site and go over everything one more time and then start work when it makes the most sense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lucky enough to have been working on houses my whole life. From as early as 14 years old I was able to gain hands-on experience in nearly every trade. I have been a general contractor for over 20 years.
