My pricing reflects the quality, experience, and reliability I bring to every job. For smaller tasks, there is a minimum service charge to account for scheduling, travel, and ensuring the job is done right the first time. For more complex projects, I offer an in-person consultation for a set fee, allowing me to assess the work, discuss details, and provide an accurate quote. If you move forward with the service, this consultation fee is deducted from the final cost. This approach ensures transparency and helps deliver results that align with your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to ensure clear communication, efficiency, and high-quality results. First, I gather details about your project to understand your needs and expectations. For straightforward jobs, I provide a clear quote and schedule a convenient time for the service. For more complex projects, I offer an on-site consultation for a set fee, allowing me to assess the work and provide an accurate estimate. Once everything is agreed upon, I proceed with the job, ensuring attention to detail and a clean workspace. My goal is to make the process seamless, keeping you informed and delivering results that meet or exceed your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from a lifetime of hands-on experience in the construction and carpentry industry. I grew up learning the trade alongside my father, a skilled professional with over 30 years in the field. From an early age, I accompanied him to client consultations, worked on-site, and observed firsthand how to solve real-world challenges in home improvement. Beyond formal training, I’ve always been eager to learn from seasoned professionals—architects, engineers, master carpenters—absorbing their knowledge and techniques. I also pursued specialized woodworking training to refine my craftsmanship.
