We hired A-Z for an extensive remodeling job that included completely remodels of three bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a laundry room, as well as new construction of a room in our finished basement. I don’t even know where to begin to describe how great Charles and his crew were. The project, as all remodels do, took some time to finish, but Charles was communicative throughout the process and kept us updated on the progress and timeline. I was very pleased that he prioritized our needs while never compromising quality over speed. The project is now completed, and what has resulted is a masterful remodel with which I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Charles and A to Z Carpentry. Charles was punctual, professional and had excellent ideas on how to update a small bathroom and a kitchen in a studio apartment in Cambridge, MA. He shared many innovative and contemporary ideas prior to the planned renovation. His prices are quite reasonable. I had no idea what renovation would cost but learned from neighbors that Charles’ estimates were in fact lower than what others paid for similar renovations. Outstanding communication and high quality work.

A-Z Finish Carpentry is a first-rate company run by a conscientious and professional contractor, Charles Draleau. Charles finds a way to be both busy with multiple projects and focused on the details of what he does for each customer. I found him to be responsible and knowledgeable. Communicating with him was easy via texts during construction. Our bathroom re-model was completed in six weeks and every person who worked in our home was respectful of the property and our living space. They were able to deal with the quirks and difficulties involved with an older home and always willing to go the extra mile. In addition, the tile work, carpentry, electric, plumbing, and painting work were all done by highly skilled, friendly, and communicative professionals. The project came out beautifully and we are extremely pleased. I highly recommend Charles and A-Z.
