This was my first time using this app and I was a little nervous. I recently bought an old chandelier I needed hung. I got a few quotes and Kevin’s was just slightly higher. I tried to negotiate a bit and Kevin kindly told me that while he couldn’t go as low as the other quotes I received, to make sure the individual I chose was licensed and insured. After texting with a few other companies, the difference in professionalism and integrity were clear and I went back to Kevin. Kevin is honest, professional and upfront about everything. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is unmatched. The chandelier ended up not having the essential part needed to hang it so Kevin tracked down that part for me. The wiring in my condo ended up being a total mess but Kevin handled the situation with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to have that “go-to” guy but Kevin has now become ours for any electric issue.

Kevin was able to turn around an installation of a floor outlet in less than 48 hours, and upgraded a second outlet the day of the job when asked! Very professional and responsive to our needs. If we have more electrical work to be done, we’ll be reaching back out.
