I had a great experience with Brisku Plumbing Service & Heating. Name of the guy that arrived to help us out was Elton B. I called with an urgent issue — my boiler and heating system stopped working, and some of my pipes had burst due to the freeze. It was a stressful situation, especially in the cold, but they came out the same day (11:30pm), which was a huge relief. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. The repairs were done professionally, and they made sure my heating system and boiler were running safely and efficiently before they left. They also handled the broken pipes without any hassle. The guy was punctual, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. The quality of work was excellent, and the service felt honest and fairly priced. We had a really bad clogging on Sunday night. Elton responded immediately and came over in 1 hour. The clogging was so bad that it took almost 2 hours to get it fixed. It was really hard work. I can’t appreciate more and would certainly contact him again for plumbing work.

He showed up on time, introduced himself and asked where the dryer was. He used his tools to find any issues with the dryer. He was not able to detect any leak but made sure the connection was tight. He used the gas detector to verify that there is no leak. Very pleased with the outcome. He will be used if any other plumbing issues arise.
