I had a great experience with Alex from Ventiqo Mechanical Plumbing, Cooling & Heating. My central air conditioning suddenly stopped blowing cold air, and I was worried about getting it fixed quickly during the hot weather. From my first conversation with Alex, he was professional, responsive, and honest. He took the time to listen to what was happening and explained what he thought the issue might be. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer my questions. When he came out for the repair, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my central air running perfectly again. He clearly explained what the issue was, showed me the defective parts that needed to be replaced, and made sure I understood the repair process. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and never made me feel pressured into paying for unnecessary work. It’s not often you find someone who is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing right by their customers. I highly recommend Alex and Ventiqo Mechanical Plumbing, Cooling & Heating to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future heating and cooling needs.

We had an emergency situation and he responded incredibly fast, which immediately put us at ease during a very stressful time. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to solving the problem the right way. The quality of his work was outstanding. He thoroughly explained the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was his follow-up afterward to ensure everything was still functioning properly and that we were completely satisfied. Excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship, and true professionalism. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.
