It was a very tough clog and even harder pipe configuration in this old Condo, but the plumber they sent stuck with it even though the day was getting late. He took the time to make sure it was completely clear and then cleaned up all of the areas. The cost was very reasonable for the time he spent. Very responsive and kept me updated before the appointment, showed up promptly and was completely professional
