- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our remodeling work is based on the specific project scope, materials, and layout of your home, so every estimate is customized. We provide clear, written quotes with no hidden fees, and any changes during the project are discussed and approved with updated pricing before we move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a free consultation is scheduled to discuss the project, budget, and timeline. Then a detailed written estimate is provided, and once approved, a start date is set and materials are ordered. During the project, progress is communicated regularly, and at the end a final walkthrough is done to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Construction Supervisor License and have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling field. This background allows me to manage projects safely, meet code requirements, and deliver high-quality workmanship on every job.
