- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on service. Tutoring services are a flat hourly rate, while college planning services are charged at either a flat hourly rate or by project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial conversation with the client involves finding out what they want to accomplish. Then we work out a plan of action. When needed I help the client revise their plan to make it more realistic to better position them to achieve their goals and help them revise their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly take advantage of industry webinars, workshops and conferences to stay current.
