I had Washington from Frauches Granite & Marble at my house this morning to repair a crack in my granite in front of my sink. First of all, I sent out a request for this repair yesterday and Washington responded right away with an estimate for the job, explaining exactly what would need to be done. I agreed and asked when he could do the job and to my surprise he was able to do it the next day!!! He was right on time with what time he could be at my house and he came in and immediately set up to do the work protecting my floors and counters. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing, as well as noticing other issues which he gladly took care of!!!! I was very very happy with the work and would have no problem recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you for a great job Washington!!!

I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. I can't say enough good things about Frauches Marble and Granite. Washington was excellent! I think it's important to like the people working in your home on your projects, and Washington fit the bill for me. I really like him, and his number is permanently in my phone. When I first contacted Frauches, the response time was fast. He was very nice, arrived when he said he would, and gave me alternatives to consider. My kitchen counter was an old, 18 yr old granite. I was tired of it and wanted an entirely new kitchen. I hired Washington to do my countertops. He was knowledgeable and gave me options to consider for different challenges my kitchen presented. To say that the transformation was fabulous would be an understatement. I wanted something light and airy and that's what I got. I'm posting the before and after pictures to give people an idea of Frauches's work. They did a fabulous job on my waterfall counter. Thank-you so much, Washington. You have a happy customer in me! :)
