Washington did an excellent job drilling our granite countertop and installing our under-sink reverse osmosis system. He arrived right on time, was respectful of us and our home throughout, and worked with real care and precision — the faucet hole in the granite came out clean and perfectly placed, and the installation was thorough and neat. He was also very responsive from first contact through completion. A great experience overall, and we would absolutely use his services again. Highly recommended.

I had Washington from Frauches Granite & Marble at my house this morning to repair a crack in my granite in front of my sink. First of all, I sent out a request for this repair yesterday and Washington responded right away with an estimate for the job, explaining exactly what would need to be done. I agreed and asked when he could do the job and to my surprise he was able to do it the next day!!! He was right on time with what time he could be at my house and he came in and immediately set up to do the work protecting my floors and counters. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing, as well as noticing other issues which he gladly took care of!!!! I was very very happy with the work and would have no problem recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you for a great job Washington!!!
