- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a consult via phone or email with a customer to talk about the scope of their project, budget and what colors/designs/materials appeal to them. Next, we'll schedule an in-home estimate where a rough measurement is taken and the customer can review samples. No pressure, no sales pitch. It's an opportunity for us to confirm the scope of work, and for the customer to ask questions. If a customer decides to move forward, we'll schedule a date to create a template, which is what we use to custom fabricate your stone. Next, we'll install your stone - usually within 3-5 days from templating. That's it! Throughout the process, we're always available to answer questions and are happy to work with your schedule so appointments are convenient.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've completed many large, commercial projects including hotels, luxury apartment complexes and car dealerships. We also regularly perform small, residential jobs working one on one with home owners. We're equipped to do it all, and everything in between. We especially enjoy when we can partner with a home owner who doesn't really know where to start, teach them about the product and process, and help them create something they absolutely love.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Ensure that the stone you're getting is first quality, and not second or third grade, which can often have pits and other imperfections which make them structurally less durable. We ONLY use first quality stone. We work hard behind the scenes to keep prices low because we have a direct relationship with our suppliers, and pass that savings on to you. We firmly believe that you don't have to sacrifice quality for affordability.
