- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We might not be the best choice if you are looking for the cheapest quote option. Our main goal is to deliver quality and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set up an on-site consultation, or the client can send us the kitchen layout for a quote. After, we set up a template appointment to go over the details. Next, the customer approves the material and quote; we start fabricating the countertops. Approximately seven business days later, the customer will have the countertop installed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA certified , I also granite and quartz countertops certified
