Follow up! Id like to add another 5 star but I think going back and looking at what I was against. Case has been over for a couple weeks, and I tend to ramble, Im at a loss for words. Attorney listened to me, gave feed back, he called me, I was treated like a human being not a paycheck. Theres nothing better than knowing you have the backing of a great Attorney who is also personable.Whether youve been involved in court before or not, the word Trail is well known to be a long and tedious process, and extremely expensive. Going to court for custody and divorce in which I was defendant, odds are stacked so bad against me. And not for one second did I feel that way. Attorney Moscatel has ONE WEEK to prepare for trail, yes ONE Week! That is completely unheard of, trails are generally months or years out! In one week I talked to Attorney Moscatel late into the evening, he coached me on the proper things to say and how to say them. Im sorry this is so long but the secret is out of the bag, we (community) have the backing of a law firm who cares and will go hard for whatever you desire. Although the case is over, I still refer folks here, and yes Attorney Greg got me full legal and physical custody of the children, the divorce finalized that day, and I am forever indebted toThis team. Thank you Greg and Sequel Law. You literally saved my childrens livesGoing through any kind of court process is stressful and challenging. I connected with this firm on a Probate matter and spoke with Attorney Greg Moscatol (sp)... He listened and was very open about the situation. Attorney always answered my calls, and went above the normal call of duty. He had answers before I asked the question! His input and go getter attitude was contagious. The forms and fillings were done before asking and he offered different options around my situation. Walking into a Probate as a male can be scary, but Attorney pointed out the facts and made sure key points were hit. These reviews can always be taken with a grain of salt, give them a call as this firm is well respected for these reasons. They treated me like a person, not a bank account.

I made a mistake in fear initially and was captured by an advertisement claiming to fight for fathers rights. The only fight that was going on was with my constant billing with little to nothing to show for it. I was desperate to find a better attorney that didn't leave me wondering how I was going to eat until my next payday. My situation was challenging and I was fearful I was running out of options and then, thankfully, I met Brian Waller. Our first conversation put me at ease as I felt we were working together as opposed to my first experience which was more like buying a car with a lot of upselling. Brian is very responsive and is able to keep the bigger picture in clear view during a very emotional and challenging experience. Late on a Friday, an email in the weekend and evening hours, Brian was always there for me. I had all but given up on reaching an agreement without going to trial but Brian kept a steady hand on the wheel and was able to bring everything together. His calm demeanor and ability to navigate through difficult situations was a relief for me. I went from being anxious and nervous at every turn to someone who understood where we were, where we were trying to get to, and what I needed to do to ensure that happened. I can't thank Brian and Sequel Law enough for all they did for me and my children!

Brian was exactly what I was looking for in a divorce lawyer. He's ability to navigate me through the process and ease me through what I considered the unknown-process was superb. His skill-set as been remarkable and extraordinary. I recommend Sequel Law!

Contracts Attorney

Mr. Waller is such an amazing Attorney. He gives you enough time to explain your case and takes time to explain to you what the right corse of action might be depending on your case. I have poken to different lawyers before, but non is comparable to him so far. He hasn't completed my project yet, but I'm quite optimistic that he'll do a great job.

For women living with past trauma like me, court hearings are not always easy. What truly helps is knowing that there are people who truly care about me, like the lawyers at Sequel Law. Attorney Akosua Agyepong has been working hard to help me keep my head up. She provides prompt, courteous and professional legal assistance in my court cases. Reaching out to Sequel Law was a smart move, and my biggest regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I am so grateful for her contribution, which helps me move forward on my journey of healing.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to provide a fixed fee for all of our services because we believe this keeps us pushing to always be more efficient. We don't like giving someone a blank check, we don't expect our clients to like it either. Sometimes, with complicated cases, we can't estimate a fixed fee. In those cases, we will be upfront and provide frequent updates on fees expected and the things that influence your cost. For example, in a divorce case, it costs more for us to file a motion and make a court appearance than if you agree on a point with your future ex-spouse. BUT - we will always talk through the options with you so you can make an informed decision.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can handle all cases remotely and electronically. We won't make you take time off work to meet with us, ever (unless daytime works better for you, of course).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to being an attorney, I have an MBA and I am a Certified Financial Litigator. I am also a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
