FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide a fixed fee for all of our services because we believe this keeps us pushing to always be more efficient. We don't like giving someone a blank check, we don't expect our clients to like it either. Sometimes, with complicated cases, we can't estimate a fixed fee. In those cases, we will be upfront and provide frequent updates on fees expected and the things that influence your cost. For example, in a divorce case, it costs more for us to file a motion and make a court appearance than if you agree on a point with your future ex-spouse. BUT - we will always talk through the options with you so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can handle all cases remotely and electronically. We won't make you take time off work to meet with us, ever (unless daytime works better for you, of course).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being an attorney, I have an MBA and I am a Certified Financial Litigator. I am also a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
