FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three coaching options depending on your goals and what level of support makes sense for your situation. Comprehensive coaching — personalized nutrition and training program, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me — is $250 per month. Nutrition coaching only is $150 per month. Personal training programming only is $150 per month. All coaching is month to month with no long-term contracts. I occasionally offer reduced rates for case study clients in exchange for permission to document and share their progress. If budget is a concern, reach out and we can talk through what makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a short application so I can understand your goals, your current situation, and what you've already tried. From there we get on a 15 to 20 minute call — no pitch, just a real conversation to make sure we're a good fit and I can actually help you. If we move forward, I build your program around your specific schedule, food preferences, training access, and experience level. We do weekly check-ins so I can see what's working, what isn't, and adjust accordingly. You have direct access to me between check-ins for questions, form feedback, or anything that comes up. The goal is never just to give you a plan. It's to help you understand why the plan works so you can keep the results long after coaching ends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through NASM — the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My approach is evidence-based, meaning everything I recommend is grounded in peer-reviewed research rather than fitness trends or personal opinion. I've been training clients for the last 3 years and have spent years studying the gap between what the fitness industry tells people and what the science actually supports. That gap is exactly what I built my coaching practice around.
