And we are not a big franchise, we are family owned and operated since 1992. All work comes with at least a 5 yr. Warranty in writing. The look on peoples faces when we turn thier ugly old tub or counter in a new beautiful surface, or when a person can now get into thier tub without the risk of falling.

Rich has had my tub and my deposit for two months, and I'm still waiting for him to deliver. Every time we schedule and appointment, Rich either cancels or just doesn't show up. He's difficult to reach, doesn't often answer his phone, and actually hung up the phone on my husband. Three times we have altered our plans to accommodate the delivery of the tub, and all three times Rich failed to come through. Most recently, we returned early from a vacation weekend only to wait for nothing. Rich never showed up. After two hours and several email and phone messages left from us to Rich did Rich contact us to cancel again. Although I read good reviews about Rich, I cannot recommend him.

Rich did a really nice job on my clawfoot tub. It looks like a new tub and really stands out in our home.

Our prices are listed on our site go to www.nulookrefinish.com/prices., and we are more than happy to give a free estimate. all our work carries a 5yr. warranty minimum all the way up to lifetime warranties. We do not charge by the hour,All pricing is done up front. No Surprises or extras.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time. It never ends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a plumber and saw a service that made sense.
